A little bit about who we are and what we offer.  

A few years ago I was craving  chips and salsa.  Good salsa, like the kind you get at your favorite Mexican restaurant.  I couldn’t really find anything I liked at the store.  So  I decided I was going to figure out how to make some at home.  After finding some basic recipes and making multiple attempts I begin to find what tasted best.  One thing became clear to me—really good salsa does not have vinegar in it.  Save that for the pickles!!  A few years down the road and I have gotten my recipes to the point where anyone can enjoy a delicious restaurant style salsa right at home.

Over the last couple years I have added some more delicious foods with a twist.  I offer hot pepper and fruit jams that are sure to be a hit for your next party.  I also have a line of candied nuts with sugar, cinnamon and a bit of heat at the end for you to snack on anytime.
